Glorioza Flower Studio guarantees the quality of the services provided. Therefore, we are ready to consider your complaints, and if for some reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will consider the issue of re-delivery or a refund.
Warranty

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 (as amended on October 25, 2007) and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998 (as amended on March 27, 2007) cut flowers and potted plants are non-returnable and non-refundable (listed in the List of Good Quality Non-Food Products Not Refundable or Exchangeable).
The buyer of the online store has the right to refuse to receive the goods at the time of delivery if the goods are delivered of inadequate quality (based on clause 3 of article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, article 21 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

We consider claims for the quality of flowers within 24 hours from the moment the bouquet is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers or the work of the florist, send an e-mail to otvet@gloriozavl.ru with a photo of the delivered bouquet, the order number, and a description of the claim.

If you are not satisfied with the work of the order manager or courier who worked on the execution of your order, send a message to otvet@gloriozavl.ru.

Our manager will contact you during the working day and will consider your claim as soon as possible.

Flower replacement

The examples of works on the site are possible options for making flower arrangements. Each flower arrangement made by the florist is unique and may differ in appearance and color shades. The final execution of the order may differ slightly from the illustration on the site. At the same time, each flower arrangement is made from fresh flowers, and florists make every effort to ensure that the color, shape of the flower work matches the illustrations on the site as much as possible.

Depending on the time of year and supply, the availability of certain types of flowers may be limited. In addition, flowers of certain shades may not be available immediately on the day of delivery. Thus, the delivery of a bouquet completely identical to the one shown on the specified day can be extremely difficult for objective reasons. In this case, our managers will contact you to discuss options for a possible replacement.

Important!

If we could not contact you (you did not answer us), our florists can make, if necessary, equivalent replacements in the bouquet at their discretion. When changing the composition, we save the cost, color scheme and shape of the bouquet.
